Snellsoft Games // Player Agreement

TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules for playing Snellsoft Games titles, using virtual goods, making purchases, and using our related services.

Effective: November 4, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Snellsoft Games ("Snellsoft", "we", "us", or "our") for our mobile games and the related websites, accounts, cloud saves, and support services (together, the "Services").

The Services are offered for Android and iOS. By downloading, installing, opening, or playing a game, or by using a related service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you accept these Terms for someone else, including a child in your care, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you are responsible for their use of the Services.

Store terms from Google Play or the Apple App Store also apply to the download and to any purchase made through that store. If a store term conflicts with these Terms on a point the store is required to control, the store term applies to that point.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games for your own entertainment, on devices you own or control, in the way the game and the official store allow.

You do not buy the game itself, its software, its art, or its virtual goods. You receive a license to use them. All rights that are not expressly granted stay with Snellsoft and its licensors.

Except where mandatory law allows it, you may not:

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit a game.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, assets, or data.
  • Remove credits, notices, or technical protection.
  • Use a game to build a competing product or to train a model.

3. Accounts

Some games require a platform account before they will open, such as a Google Play Games account. You are responsible for the activity on the accounts you use and for keeping access to those accounts.

Do not share, sell, buy, or trade an account. Do not create accounts to abuse rewards, purchases, or support. We may refuse a name that is unlawful, misleading, or that belongs to someone else.

Game progress may be stored on our servers and tied to your platform identity. If you lose access to that identity, we may not be able to restore the progress.

4. Virtual Goods

Games may include virtual currency, items, packs, boosts, progress, and other digital content ("Virtual Goods"). Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world money value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed for money.

You may not sell, trade, gift, or transfer Virtual Goods outside the features a game itself provides.

We may change, rebalance, or remove Virtual Goods and game systems as part of operating and updating a game. We may also correct a balance that came from an error, a failed purchase, a refund, a duplicate grant, or a breach of these Terms.

Virtual Goods can be lost if an account is closed for breach, if a game is discontinued, or if a save cannot be verified. We do not promise that a particular item, drop rate, or balance will remain available.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Paid items are offered through Google Play on Android and through the Apple App Store on iOS. The price, taxes, and the payment method are shown by that store before you confirm. The store processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

A purchase is for a license to the stated Virtual Goods or feature. Delivery is to the account that the store and the game identify. Consumed or delivered digital content is not a physical product.

Refunds are handled by the store under that store's rules. If a store refunds a purchase, we may remove the Virtual Goods from that purchase, including items or progress obtained with them.

If the law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, you exercise that right through the store. Where the law allows, that right can end once the digital content has been supplied and you have agreed that supply may start immediately. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

6. Advertising

Some games show advertisements, including rewarded videos. Watching or tapping an ad may grant a reward. Rewards, availability, and how often ads appear can change.

Ads are provided by the partners described in the Privacy Policy. Those partners are responsible for the ads they serve. Where the law requires it, the game will ask for your choice before personalized advertising.

Do not use bots, scripts, or repeated fake views to collect ad rewards. Rewards obtained that way may be removed.

7. Rules of Play

You agree that you will not:

  • Cheat, use unauthorized mods, automation, bots, exploits, or a modified copy of a game.
  • Interfere with our servers, other players, or the ordinary operation of a game.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to break access controls, except where mandatory law allows security research and you follow that law.
  • Upload malware or unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.
  • Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or any other crime.
  • Bypass a region limit, an age gate, or a technical limit we put in place.

A game may refuse to open if it was not installed from the official store, if the install has been modified, or if the device fails the store's integrity check.

8. Fair Play and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected cheating, fraud, refund abuse, and other breaches. Depending on the seriousness, we may warn you, remove items or progress, reset a save, suspend an account, or close access to one or more games.

We are not required to disclose the details of anti-cheat systems. Enforcement may happen without advance notice when a delay would let the harm continue.

9. Updates, Maintenance, and Ending a Game

Games change. We may add, change, or remove features, events, items, and balance. We may require an update before a game will open. We may pause a game for maintenance.

We may stop offering a game or a feature. Where the law requires notice or a remedy for unused paid content, we will follow that law. Otherwise, Virtual Goods are not refunded merely because a feature changes or a game ends.

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game and, where the store allows, requesting deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Ownership and Feedback

The Services, including software, artwork, audio, names, characters, and game systems, are owned by Snellsoft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Snellsoft name and game names are our brands. You receive no trademark rights.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or a support message, you give us permission to use that material to operate, support, and improve the Services, without any obligation to pay you. You confirm that you have the rights needed to send it.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third parties, including Google Play, Google Play Games, Apple, advertising partners, analytics providers, and our hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their parts of the experience. We are not responsible for a store outage, a payment failure, or an advertisement that a partner serves.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Services process and the choices you have. It is part of the agreement between you and Snellsoft.

13. Age

Our games are general-audience entertainment. They are not directed at children. You may use the Services only if you are old enough to form a contract where you live, or if a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for you and supervises your use.

Purchases by a minor should be made only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Store account holders are responsible for purchases made from their accounts.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep them running, but we do not promise that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose other than ordinary personal entertainment.

To the extent the law allows, Snellsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of Virtual Goods, or for damage caused by a modified device, a modified app, or a third-party service.

If we are liable for a paid purchase and a cap is allowed by law, that liability is limited to the amount you paid Snellsoft for the relevant purchase during the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the mandatory rights of that country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when a game, a store rule, or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change with the update.

If you keep using the Services after the new date, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Services. Where the law requires advance notice or your fresh consent, we will follow that requirement.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without using its conflict-of-law rules to apply another country's law.

Courts in the Netherlands may hear a dispute about these Terms. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live when that right cannot be taken away. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
